CONTINUITY OF SERVICES DURING LOCKDOWN
We are pleased to announce that Duvenage Inc. will be able to function as normal during the period of lockdown as all our staff will be able to work from home.
The following will be applicable during this period:
- Members of the public will still be able to phone our office on (035) 780 7200 and our receptionist will direct all calls to the responsible person.
- All consultations will either take place telephonically and/or through Skype, Zoom and/or other similar platforms.
- We will proceed with our normal activities except for those activities which we cannot proceed with due to the lockdown, for instance sending of documents by courier, signing of documents, lodging and/or execution of documents in the deeds and Master’s offices. However, we will still proceed with drafting, preparation of documents and all other administrative functions as normal.
Please note that some of our functions may be limited due to various other stakeholders’ unavailability during this period. We will however ensure that any work delayed hereby will be able to proceed as soon as possible. We are currently awaiting directives from the Department of Justice regarding the functioning of the courts. We will inform you of these directives as soon as possible.
